Do it for your brain
I’m organizing a team to ride in the National MS Society’s City to Shore this September for the second year. And that means you should donate some funds. If you need another reason, read this article: Donating to charity is good for the brain, according to study | Chicago Tribune
All the info you need can be found on the team blog: TD Peloton. At least do me the courtesy of visiting the page and reading about our efforts. And here’s a taste of the eye candy you’ll find there as further incentive…

Hey adam, good luck with the team this year and tell Lauren to stop building sand castles, and watch out for those port-o-potties!

Will do. I’m actually going to put her on one of those kiddie leashes so she can’t stray too far.

Excuse me, but that was a professional stretch I was engaged in. Obviously the photographer knew what was up and was thinking, “This girl knows what she’s doing. I think I will take her picture and post it on the website.” As for the porto potty incident, it’s not my fault our jerseys are crap and the pocket in the back was not designed accurately to properly hold my gloves! Both of you haters, go eat an ant on a log.
